Delivery Options (UK Mainland)
UK CUSTOMERS
We offer 3 delivery services
Royal Mail 48 (Tracked not guaranteed) - £1.99 - Order up to 4pm Monday to Friday for your order to sent out same day *Postcode restrictions apply
Royal Mail 24 (Tracked not guaranteed- £6.50 - Order up to 4pm Monday to Friday for your order to sent out same day *Postcode restrictions apply
Evri - 2-3 days - £6.00 for postcodes below
These postcodes are restricted by Royal Mail and will have to be sent by Evri AB36-38, AB54-56, FK18-21, KA27-28 KW1-17, PA20-48, PA41-80, PH19-44, PH49-50, TR21-25. BT. GY. HS, IV, IM, JE, ZE.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
At present we do not offer delivery outside of the UK
Turnaround
We aim to dispatch all "Next Day Delivery" orders placed before 4pm on the same day. Our courier usually collects around 5pm but this does vary. Orders placed after 4pm or after the courier has collected will be dispatched on the next working day.
Royal Mail delivery orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.
Orders will be delivered from Monday to Saturday.
Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods like Christmas for example.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text from Jane's Boutique or Evri giving you tracking information.
If you require updates on your delivery, the best wayt is to download the carriers app

Potential Delays
Deliveries can occasionally encounter complications along the way such as:
We recommend firstly contacting the delivery company for updates or check the tracking within the carriers app. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Late Dispatch
Although we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified service time frame, there are some circumstances that may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. These are exceptional situations and those in which cannot be avoided, therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for delivery costs however we will endeavour to keep you updated.
Late/Missed Deliveries
Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfill the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly. We recommend doing so via the carriers official app
Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed or delivery is missed for the following reasons:
- The courier has attempted delivery, but has unfortunately missed you.
- The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you.
- Vehicle Breakdowns
- Unable to locate your address
- Incorrect address provided
Orders Delivered In Safe Place Or With A Neighbour
If you request for your order to be delivered to your safe place or with a neighbour, this is at your own risk and we are not liable.
