Orders before 2pm.

  • Royal Mail 24 - Β£5.00. Expected Next working day is Monday - Saturday. Orders received after 2pm Friday, and Saturday/Sunday orders are expected the following Tuesday.
  • Royal Mail 48 - Β£1.99. Expected 2 working days is Monday - Saturday. Orders received after 2pm Friday, and Saturday/Sunday orders are expected the following Wednesday.

FREE DELIVERY

We currently offer free UK delivery for all orders (items) Β£75 and over (after any applied discount). These orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. If you require next day on the delivery, we can add this on for an extra Β£2.01. Please ask for this option. Next day is not guaranteed though and must be ordered by 2pm.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We currently dont accept orders from outside of the UK but please contact us as this may be arranged at cost.Β 

Turnaround

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Royal Mail usually collects around 4pm but this does vary. Orders placed after 4pm or after Royal Mail has collected will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

OrdersΒ will be delivered fromΒ Monday to Saturday.

Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods like Christmas for example.Β 

Carriers

Our UK Mainland orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Non Mainland and International deliveries are passed throughout the network by a number of carriers dependent on your location and the service selected.Β 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation emailΒ or text from Jane's Boutique or Royal Mail giving you tracking information. You may also be contacted by Royal Mail directly via email/SMS to update you.Β

Potential Delays

Deliveries can occasionally encounter complications along the way such as:

  • Vehicle Breakdowns
  • Missing/Incomplete Address Details
  • Unable to locate theΒ address
  • Busy periods ie. Christmas, Black Friday etc
  • Loss or Damage
  • Β 

    However, the good news is that Royal Mail will notify you on those very rare occasions that your parcel encounters a delay and will also update you with a new delivery time or date. As the service is a next day delivery service is not NOT guaranteedΒ  Jane's Boutique areΒ unable to offer refunds as the costings for collection & processing of parcels are built into the overall delivery charge.

    Late Dispatch

    Although we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified service time frame, there are some circumstances that may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. These are exceptional situations and those in which cannot be avoided, therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for delivery costs however we will endeavor to keep you updated. Any parcels considered lost by Royal Mail can only be refunded after 14 working days after Royal Mail have investigated.

    Late/Missed Deliveries

    Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfill the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, pleaseΒ check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.

    Please note we are unable to refund delivery costs in an instance where a parcel is delayed or delivery is missed for the following reasons:

    • The courier has attempted delivery, but has unfortunately missed you.
    • The courier has for unforeseen circumstances been unable to reach you.
      • Vehicle Breakdowns
      • Unable to locate your address
      • Incorrect address provided

    Orders Delivered In Safe Place Or With A Neighbour

    Sometimes Royal Mail will leave your package in a safe place if no one is at the delivery address. There will be slip left and a photo will be available on the tracking page.
