We currently offer free UK delivery for all orders (items) £75 and over (after any applied discount). These orders will be sent by Royal Mail 48. Please allow 2 working days for delivery. If you require next day on the delivery, we can add this on for an extra £1. Please ask for this option.
We currently dont accept orders from outside of the UK but please contact us as this may be arranged at cost.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. Royal Mail usually collects around 2.45pm but this does vary. Orders placed after 2pm or after Royal Mail has collected will be dispatched on the next working day.
Click & Collect orders will be available within 4 working hours (Monday to Saturday). Please check with us before you set out to ensure its ready on 01233 635346.

Please note that if ordering on or near a Bank Holiday, this may affect the dispatch and delivery of your parcel. Please also allow extra time for delays during busy periods like Christmas for example.
Our UK Mainland orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Non Mainland and International deliveries are passed throughout the network by a number of carriers dependent on your location and the service selected.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or text from Jane's Boutique or Royal Mail giving you tracking information. You may also be contacted by Royal Mail directly via email/SMS to update you.

However, the good news is that Royal Mail will notify you on those very rare occasions that your parcel encounters a delay and will also update you with a new delivery time or date. As the service is a next day delivery service is not NOT guaranteed Jane's Boutique are unable to offer refunds as the costings for collection & processing of parcels are built into the overall delivery charge.
Although we aim to dispatch all orders within the specified service time frame, there are some circumstances that may cause a delay in the dispatch of your order. These are exceptional situations and those in which cannot be avoided, therefore, we are unable to offer a refund for delivery costs however we will endeavor to keep you updated.
Unfortunately, once we have passed your parcel to the courier, it is the responsibility of the courier to fulfill the requested delivery service. In the case of your delivery being late or missed, please check your tracking information in your dispatch notification email and contact the courier directly.
